Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Learning Media Journals Platform ("the Platform"), operated by Learning Media Publication. By using the Platform, submitting a manuscript, or accessing published content, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

You may browse, search, and download published articles for personal, academic, and research use, subject to the specific license under which each article is published (see individual articles for licensing details). You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access to any account or area of the site.

2. Manuscript Submissions

By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that: the work is your own original work (or you have the right to submit it on behalf of all listed authors); it is not currently under review or published elsewhere; and it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. Submitting a manuscript does not guarantee publication — all submissions are subject to editorial and peer review.

3. Editorial Decisions

Decisions regarding peer review outcomes, acceptance, revision requests, and publication are made by each journal's editorial team and are final.

4. Accounts

If you are issued login credentials to manage a journal on the Platform, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, Learning Media Publication is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
